职位描述
1. Develop a deep understanding of KargoCard products, channels and technologies.
2. Manage the 3rd part call center vendor to provide excellence customer service for Kargocard customers and ending consumers. Set up the matrix and regularly evaluate the vendor performance.
3. Key leader in design and maintain the customer service process and procedures. Provide related training to build up the good service concept.
4. Work closely and cooperate with Kargocard related departments to resolve the customer service problems.
5. Maintain the cost of the operation effective and efficiency. One key person in the company asset management of customer service.
6. Manage professional services, customer support, field service and merchant service functions.
7. Ensure 100% customer and merchant satisfaction.
Requirement：
1. University and above.
2. 7-10 years of prior customer services experience in professional services, customer support.
3. Knowledgeable for those systems for the customer services.
4. Can work independent and under high pressure.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Comfort with engaging a range of key men – Business, IT, executives etc.
7. Ability to work cross functional teams.
8. Good experience on the marketing and promotion will be a plus.
9. Fluent English ability is a must.
