职位描述

Introduction:
- For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for a Assistant Project Manager.

What are my responsibilities?
- Provide project management service to SLC MED as per project management process; take full responsibility for the project management of dealer products in his responsible region.
- Assist project manager to implement PM@MED rollout in China process to achieve the project target in time, in budget and in quality for R/S products. "
- Provide professional project plan proposal to customer by using AutoCAD light
- Guide the customer to prepare the installation site properly; assure the room preparation and installation in schedule and in quality; for dealer and R/S project, responsible for system acceptance of dealer products.
- Provide feasible project schedule by using MS-project to customers and partners;
- Update project tracking tool twice min. every 7 days in quality as per guideline attached hereto, especially the confirmation of room ready date 7 days prior to Last Call deadline for dealer and R/S project
- Support the CRM process during project phase for dealer and R/S project, such as site survey, scheduling, biding Request Approval form checking, etc.

- Escalate the critical and important issue to the responsible project manager during project realization phase as per guideline of SLC med.

- Assist project manager to avoid the project risk, approach the project financial target and fulfill system acceptance for R/S project against PM@med process

- Support for cargo inspection to be done by Customs and AQSIQ, verification of short/ wrong delivery and inspection of transport damage in order to smooth the project and shorten the project cycle time in case it is happened in the region

- Support system move site survey to CS, by generating project plan proposal to PP dept.

- Verify project scope and agree implementation timeline with customer, with alliance of sales, logistics and project managers.

- Conduct site survey, agree project plan proposals with customer; guide customer to prepare the site properly for equipment installation; assure the room readiness and installation in time; meet quality and sales turn target.

- Coordinate delivery and open box inspection, follow installation and commissioning issue.
- Follow claim and non conformation cost, escalate the critical issue to responsible parties ensure proper solving.

- Responsible for customer acceptance, and project closure follow up.


What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree or above, with major in BME, Medical Imaging, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 4 years engineering program management experience
- Good knowledge of medical imaging equipments (CT, MR, X-ray…) and the workflow in hospital
- Clear logic, good communication and interpersonal skill
- Proactive and able to work under high pressure, can accept frequent travel

- Business English
- Drawing in Atrix 2000 /Auto CAD light - MS project
- Site planning for medical system installation
- Project planning and condoling in time, cost and quality - Installation, function and principle of related medical system - Clinical application and workflow for related medical system
- Civil construction, power supply, IT - Network communication skill - Commercial knowledge, logistic knowledge - Ability to Learn
