Team Assistant

- For our APAC team in Shanghai we are looking for an energetic and experienced Team Assistant

What are my responsibilities?
- As Team Assistant you will closely work with and support the management of the Business Segment Onshore Wind Power in Asia-Pacific and their team members..
- More specifically, your assignments will cover:
- Initiate and track travel arrangements like air ticket , accommodation etc
- Initiate Travel Applications/Travel Expense Claim and General Expense Claims
- Claim reimbursable expenses for the leadership of Business Segment and the team
- Support the team e.g. help with invitation letter, hotel booking and other arrangement for internal and external visitors (not limited to visitors to Shanghai)
- Responsible for office equipment and stationary ordering (purchasing process following the SLC regulations, SCM IM contact)
- Organize and coordinate internal/external meetings and workshops
- Support BS Management with presentations, Minutes of Meetings etc. and other similar tasks required
- Organize and update the workspace (Sharepoint) for Business Segment Onshore
- Handling and filing of documents
- Support new team members, therefore corporate with CDC, HR and other corporate departments

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Excellent English
- Excellent in Microsoft Office Applications, especially MS Outlook, Word
- Experience with PowerPoint and/or Excel
- Familiar with administrative processes and procedures, especially in Siemens is of benefit
- Experience in an international work environment is of benefit
