Job Objective:

- Be the OEM representative in SGHSS -Be the SGHSS representative in front of OEM

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage quality issue with customer
- Follow up quality issues internally and at OEM
- Report for In-line PPM/Line stop/Claim for warranty, In-line
- Maintain friendly relations with OEM person in each plant

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree or above
- Language: English: CET4 or above，Fluent spoken and written English.
- Computer skill: Good knowledge of MS-office -
work experience: More than 2 years of customer complaint/quality management Much experience in quality management, especially maintaining the customers’ relationship
Others to be specified:Good ability to communicate
