Job Title: Training Specialist , Employee and Manager Development
Business Area Overview:
The GCR EME team is responsible for employee learning, management effectiveness building, as well as otherpeople development initiatives in the Learning and Development Department. The EME Group provides Employee development programs to all levels of employees in GCR region.
Role:
Supporting research needs in the area of Management Excellence
Support execution of all EME programs forSales and Marking, R&D, Customer Service and Support, in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hongkong and Taiwan, ect, including NEO/NMM and other onboarding activities, and coordination, planning, reporting, communication with vendors, as well as logistic arrangement.
Working in collaboration with Corporate and Timezone Operations on overall GCR budgeting and client facing operations to ensure alignment of efforts, communication, and effective working relationships.
Providing administrative support leadership for deployment of initiatives for all EME.
Responsibilities:
EME runs the yearly learning schedule in GCR region for around 5000 training days each year for all GCR locations. Hundreds of learning sessions is planned and delivered.
Detailed responsibility for this position:
Provide overall Operations support to EME team, including:
Provide central support in terms of key operation processes, like PO, RMS system, Learningcentral, Vendor management, registration, cancelling, planning, scheduling…
Monitor course fill rate, no rate and MTM score for all programs run in a year and provide feedback back to EME/onboarding for improvement
Cascade new initiatives in operations areas and be the major contact for collaboration with LCA/Finance on training related operations.
Be the focal contact for operations for TTT implementation in GCR, including Visa, Trainer communication…
Provide Operation Support in Onboarding and Employee / Management Excellence area
Supporting Training needs collection in the area of Employee and Management Excellence
Support execution of all EME programs forSales and Marking, R&D, Customer Service and Support, in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hongkong and Taiwan, ect, including coordination, planning, reporting, communication with vendors, as well as logistic arrangement.
Provide timely and accurate reporting for Tier 1 and Tier 2 metric for SMSG/ARD/CSS/HR, and provide customized reporting based on business request
Be the major contact for HRBPs and managers for reporting/operation related questions on EME course
Provide operations support for MEC activities, Manager Skill Forums and other ME intiatives.
