Summary of job duties and responsibilities:

Implements logistics/distribution activities, including order processing, International transportation, sourcing and customer service.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

1.Process Purchasing order according to PR
2.Executes the daily operations of PO and delivery data input in EPR system, ensure accurate data and smooth operation
3.Coordinate with Vendor and team staff to have the delivery well done
4.Keep in tough with Vendor/International Forwarder and obtain necessary import documents for bank negotiation/ customs clearance
5.Coordinate with Finance Dept. to apply payment to vendor
6.File Management related to Various kind of information, keep documents complete and ordered
7.Process the products replacement operation with vendor
8.Prepare kind of report timely and assist supervisors to execute the launch of new logistics/distribution systems.
9.Be responsible for complying with H&S standards and procedures as required by local regulatory authorities and TFS.
10.Be responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean working environment, and reporting all accidents and incidents to their immediate manager or supervisor as soon as possible.

Experience/qualifications requirements:

1.College graduate and above
2.2 years of logistics/distribution related experience in MNC
3.A self-motivated, energetic team player with business acumen, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must and able to interact with all levels, customers, vendors and suppliers.
5.Able to deliver results under tight deadlines.
6.Able to work independently, highly motivated and result oriented
7.Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
8.Good computer skills
