Job summary

Coach and support the team to collaborate with the local pharmacy and KA team regarding the sales and marketing activities to achieve the sales target.
指导并支持团队与当地药店及KA团队良好合作,完成销售及市场活动,达成指标。
General responsibilities
基本职责
Lead the team and complete regional sales target, track and implement the regional sales and marketing activities in the target pharmacy including chain and independent stores. Actively cooperate with KA representative to ensure appropriate inventory of all products to meet the requirements of sales targets and various sales & marketing activities.
带领团队达成地区销售指标;在所管理的地区的目标药店,包括连锁与单体店实施与追踪地区性的销售与市场活动;与KA 代表积极合作,以确保各产品在通道中保持合适的库存以符合达成销售指标和开展各项销售&市场活动的需求。
Establish and develop good relationship with local key clients, regularly visit to headquarter and other important clients. Visit clients together with representatives and regulate their work. Verify and give subordinates timely guidance to reach the requirements of display quality and inventory in a terminal pharmacy.
建立和发展地区关键客户的良好关系,经常性拜访连锁总部等重要客户;协同所管理的代表拜访客户并对其工作行为进行规范性指导;核实并及时指导下属在药店终端达成陈列质量和库存要求。
Update the clients’ information and complete the regional daily report, monthly summary and plans, report form of cost of using, including sales situation of products, process rate of promotional activities and the situation of competitive products.
按需求不断更新客户资料,按照要求填写好地区性日常工作报告,月总结/月计划,费用使用报表,内容包括:库存、产品销售状况 推广活动进度和竞争产品情况。

Regularly and effectively set and adjust the representatives' basic route of visit to meet the needs of coverage of regional key clients.
