职位描述
This position is
responsible for the implementation of the marketing plan in mainland China. The
activities he/she will be responsible for might include PR, events organization, on/off-line communication, copywriting, and development of communication tools at the POS. Her job requires him/her to have a good understanding of local market trends (design, fashion, lifestyle, art, etc.), Moleskine
brand identity and target customer.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for:
1. Brand advocacy and stewardship, and the implementation of the brand guidelines and all mmunication strategies: corporate, distributors, retail, and consumers.
2. Development and management of new ideas for public relations, events and special editions launches. 3. Identification and creation of new communications projects and partnerships.
4.Curation and creation of content for Moleskine.cn.
5.Copywriting and editing of imaginative texts for online,press and other communication materials
6.Support of events organization by taking care of the design and production of the event venue and communication material.
7.Training of Moleskine employees/partners about Moleskine brand and products
8. Media relations
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has:
· Sensitivity to contemporary language and lifestyle, to social networking and to the Moleskine brand pillars: contemporary nomadism, travel, memory and writing, organization of the daily life, identity, art and
creativity.
· Interesting storytelling approach and sensibility to tone of voice, mood and nuances.
· Ability to work with graphic designers and visual communications partners.
· Participation in contemporary cultural life, design and the arts.
· In depth knowledge of the evolving multi-platform media landscape.
· Full ability to work with digital editing tools.
· Thorough understanding of marketing for online and social networks.
· Excellent capability to work within a given set of constraints (connected to legal and commercial issues).
Ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented.
- Creative, resourceful, and effective under pressure and in meeting tight deadlines.
- Works well independently as well as under management supervision and with an international team.
- Can-do attitude and interest in learning and developing new skills.
- Excellent Chinese written, analytical, and communication skills.
Additional requisites:
· Strong academic and cultural background.
· Preferably Strong experience in Arts and Design oriented Brands Four or more years of experience in public relations, events, or communication agencies.
