Main Functions and Responsibilities
-Meets or exceeds sales or order targets,Develops and delivers an accurate business forecast on a quarterly basis or as requested by management
-Responsible for the direct sale of the company’s products or services to expand market share. Maintain and enlarge the business of key accounts. Develop the new products application and market share in Key account
-Can handle the public seminar, in-house seminar and small trial. Demonstrate a basic knowledge of the organization’s entire product line.
-Work with close supervision. Receives detailed instructions and assignments. Performs basic sales or service tasks under self-direction.
-Responsible for new Key accounts development.
-Write every report on time.
-Can demonstrate the role in the team and have a good tendency to team work.
-Requires participation in monthly conference calls, assisting with pricing negotiations and implementing Key acct plans

Qualification:
-Bachelor Degree or above of Bioengineering、Biochemistry or Pharmaceutical Engineering background is preferred.
-At least one year experience for fermentation, downstream of bio-separation such as protein purification, and pharmaceutical regulations.
-Prefer to have working experience.
-Strong interpersonal skills with good communication.
-Can customer-focused and work independently.
-Good command of English, both written and oral.
-Agile, adaptable, intellectually curious and inquiring.
-Good execution, integrity and teamwork are definitely required.
-Passion and self motivated.
-Willing to travel frequently.
