Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assess customer’s values and technical requirements associated with each project. Provide design solutions to meet these requirements using appropriate standards and products.

2. Ability to support sales process on projects that require utilizing their technical expertise.

3. Manage technical aspects of projects so they can flow through Musco systems.

4. Maintain quality and integrity of the Musco lighting designs/practices.

5. Responsible for all technical aspects of a project from initial concept through system life cycle. This includes lighting, structural, electrical and controls.

6. Create project bill of materials and production documents

7. Communicate technical information both written and verbal

8. Review project specifications and bid plans for projects to ensure specs are met and we are positioned well on project.

9. Prepares and presents technical presentation materials and drawings utilizing CAD and other software programs.

10. Fine tune/ field re-aim Musco product

11. Control related documents according to ISO procedure and company regulations.

Other duties as assigned

Work Schedule:

1. 8:30am~5:00pm.

2. Monday thru Friday.

3. Trip and Overtime as required.

Qualifications / Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree from accredited University, major in Mechanical, Automation or

related 5 years working experience preferred.

2. Familiar with lighting standards, proficiency technical knowledge, sports lighting experience preferred.

3. Fluent English, and Mandarin proficiency required.

4. General Computer skills and AutoCAD skill are required.

5. Capability of 3D drawings is prefered.

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, organizational skills.

7. Good interpersonal skills ability to work well with direct team members and external customers, contractors, and specifiers.
