Responsibilities
Conduct case review, investigation and clarification with country stakeholders on Basel Data Improvement Programme works;
Provide support for Risk Systems production data management;
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of Basel systems and support credit risk systems enhancement;
Assist to identify areas of automation in credit risk systems data management areas;
Assist to establish and maintain system documentation in respect of data management and change control procedures;
Ensure quality data are used for the development of the Basel 2 models and in the production Basel systems and credit risk systems
Requirements
University graduate preferably in information system, engineering or equivalent;
1 to 3 years' banking experience preferably in credit related discipline;
Analytical and able to manage and operate complex credit risk systems and perform data queries and analysis.
Experiences in SAS, Access, Excel and Cognos preferable. Knowledge of credit risk systems and/or Basel Systems would be a definite advantage;
Business as well as technical oriented. Able to communicate with Business and IT;
Good written and spoken communication skills in English;
Good inter-personal skills;
Good project management skills.
