职位描述
工作职责：
1、负责制订行政和后勤费用年度预算，控制费用支出。
2、负责组织下属做好办公用品的采购发放、办公设备维护保养、资质文件保管及档案管理、电话通讯管理、固定资产管理、会议及参观来访接待等行政管理工作。
3、负责组织做好保洁、绿化、食堂、员工宿舍、洗衣房、车辆调度与保养、工装采购及公共基础设施的维修、维护和保养以及员工节日福利发放等后勤保障工作。
4、负责组织好各项行政后勤物资的采购、收发和保存工作。
5、负责公司年会、员工旅游、体检等大型活动的策划安排。
6、负责各项行政和后勤管理制度的制订与完善。
7、负责组织下属完成责任区域的5S管理工作。
8、负责行政后勤各类突发事件处理。
9、负责处理与政府机关相关工作事宜。
10、对下属的指导、检查、考核、培训及培养。
11、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
任职资格：
1、大专或本科学历，行政管理、企业管理、工商管理等相关专业。
2、五年以上企业行政后勤管理工作经验，熟悉行政后勤工作流程。
3、熟练使用办公软件和办公自动化设备。
4、具有较强的责任心、敬业精神和因队合作意识，具备良好的组织协调能力、沟通能力、洞察能力和现场解决问题能力。
5、有酒店管理经验者优先。

Vitasoy establish its first Mainland China manufacturing plant in 1994.
