Job Description:
1. Receive visitors/customers in the office in a proper manner and in charge of visitors registration;
2. Responsible for reception area management in terms of security, cleanness, and etc.;
3. Provide support on meeting room - arrangement & service management;
4. Coordinate & support company events and important meetings;
Job Request:
Junior College or above;
At least one year experience as receptionist in multi-national company preferred;
Good command of spoken and written English, CET 6 is preferred;
Good command of MS office;
170cm+ with working experience of Model, Flight attendants is preferred;
Polite, mature, independent, pleasant and responsible personality.
