职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain PR/communications database.
- Translate and edit internal/external communications related documents; draft press release.
- Coordinate and draft news message for monthly e-newsletter.
- Collaborate with book publishers.
- Edit business development documents (CVs, etc.).
- Assist in researching, evaluating & recommending industry awards information, and coordinating award submittals.
- Assist in PR/ marketing communications related researches, assessments and surveys.
- Assist in media relations.
- Assist in coordinating corporate events (e.g., receptions, campus tours, media roundtables, salons, etc.) and industrial events (e.g., conferences, exhibitions, dialogs, etc.).
- Assist in developing communications collaterals: PPTs, e-cards, posters, campus tour pamphlets, exhibition boards, event brochures, etc.
- Assist in managing social media platforms.
- Support other communications related administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in marketing, journalism, Chinese language, business and management or PR related majors.
- Up to two years’ experience in multinational corporate environment (experience in media, or design and planning related industries, or similar capacity is preferred.)
- Excellent writing skills in Chinese (writing samples required upon receipt of resume).
- Good spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word); knowledge of desktop publishing applications (Adobe InDesign and Photoshop), basic HTML or multimedia applications (animation or film editing) is a plus.
- High sense of responsibility, proactive, detail-oriented, result-oriented, team player, and flexibility to juggle multiple projects.
