We are currently looking for an insurance professionals on behalf of a leading and well-known reputable Consulting firm in Greater China. My client helps the world’s best banking, insurance and capital market companies meet unparalleled strategic, operational, technology and sourcing demands, as well as develop and execute strategies to reduce costs; manage increasing risk, regulatory compliance and finance issues; enable customer growth, retention and expansion; support integration related to mergers and acquisitions; and implement new technologies and multichannel distribution.

For this role, you will partner with leading property & casualty, life, health, and reinsurers. You will responsible for leading teams to identify, shape and deliver high value transformation programs to respond to client’s strategic business challenges, identifying business development opportunities, leading research and analysis activities to identify and prioritise client creation opportunities, shaping and leading the business solution implementation, developing and executing the implementation programs in timely manners.

Moreover, you will define client structural and organisational changes needed and overseeing the preparation for client deployment, construct and implement the program’s overall communication strategy, as well as develop strong client relationships, qualify opportunities and manage programs and their delivery through multidisciplinary teams to achieve key business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• University graduate with professional qualification in insurance or related disciplines
  
• Minimum 9 years of experience in Customer Services, Distribution, Product Development, Client Servicing, Underwriting or Claims area within Property and Casualty or Life insurance industry
  
• Prior consulting experience gained from Big 4 or other consulting firm with focus on insurance industries
  
• Hands on experience in manage and/or design large-scale business implementations or business transformations
  
• Sound knowledge of insurance operations and business flows
  
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
  
• Outstanding personal presentation, organisational and negotiation skills are highly valued attributes
  
• Business mind oriented, good Networking, Marketing and Communication skills with business acumen
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin/ Cantonese)
  
• Less experience candidate may consider for a position of Manager
