职位职能: AR & credit controller （one-year temp）

职位描述:

JOB PURPOSE
负责应收账款的电话催收, 完成每月收款目标，管理客户信用账期，减少坏账, 提供相应的应收账款催收记录及分析报表.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.负责应收账款的管理及电话催款, 降低overdue, 完成每月财务收款目标;
2.每周提交应收账款催收记录表，每月编制及分析账龄报表;
3.管理客户信用账期，定期回顾收款进度, 时时监控信用风险，降低坏账率;
4.跟进银行到账情况，确认客户回款信息，追踪未知款项及预收款项，
5.及时更新Mortern Smith 内部数据以及相关信息。
6.完成上级主管交办的其他财务内、外部事务。
7.完成每日的银行对账以及在系统中的销账等工作。

JOB REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES):
1.专科以上最好有财务、金融相关专业；
2. 有外企工作经验者或者从事应收账款及相关工作优先；
3.有敬业精神，工作认真负责，良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力；
4.电脑操作熟练，能够熟练运用OFFICE软件，有SAP使用经验者优先；
5.快速及精确的录入能力，逻辑思维能力及理解能力强；
6.英语能力较好。
