Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for installation and periodic maintenance of coal PGNAA systems in the field
Responsible for building reference customer and demonstrating to potential customers
Responsible for collecting defer revenue
Responsible for the quality (CAS) and timeliness of all related after-market services
Responsible for aftermarket sales promotion
Responsible for using SFDC to document all service activity
Responsible for adhering to budget constraints related to travel and living expenses
Responsible for helping write technical documents based on local service team’s experiences
Responsible for collecting technical issues or customer’s feedback to R&D team

Basic Requirments:
Bachelor degree or above on a technical field, with math statistics, industrial, chemical electrical or mechanical engineering preferred
Basic knowledge of Statistics, Regression Analysis and statistical methodology
High aptitude in working with Microsoft Excel
Excellent English, CET4 is minimum
Willing to travel frequently
Team working sprit and good communication skills
At least 5 years of experience of work experience working in a position supporting customers or internal service engineers
Willing to learn and Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies
Good communication skills with internal/external people of company

Preferred Requirments:
working experience in cement/coal industry is a big plus;
working experience in online instrument company is a plus;
Good knowledge on PGNAA is a big plus
Basic understanding of programmable controllers ladder logic (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens, Modicon)
Advanced knowledge of PI systems (e.g., Emerson Ovation, Rockwell Software Factory Talk, etc.)
Basic knowledge of database interfaces via OPC and ODBC using clients and servers.
Experience on project management is a big plus
