-Plan screening, searching and selection processes through predictable performance system and profiling tool
-Presenting and recommending the candidates to the client (verbal and written)
-Maintaining and expanding relationship with potential candidates
-Deliver a quality service to customers
-Ensure company professional image is portrayed at all times through own appearance and manner

Requirements:-
-Engineering background is preferred
-Over years of related work experience
-Strong and clear focus on the execution of search assignments
-Strong result orientation and consulting/service mentality
-Good written and spoken English
-Initiative, teamwork, and responsible
