职位描述

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
· Develop and implement short-term and long-term service marketing strategies;
· Carry out service product design, pricing as well as manage new product launch process;
· Participate in business planning and execution, provide marketing support for service retention and revenue improvement;
· Develop annual service marketing promotion campaign, plan and execute interrelated exhibitions, conference, road show and other marketing events;
· Participate in product/new business opportunity planning and execution, providing marketing support for business development;
· Centralize and synergize service marketing resources, including internal budget and supplier resources;
· Conduct market trend and competitor analysis/benchmarking to well define marketing strategy and execution plan

Educational Qualifications: (Education, Experience and Competencies):
Bachelor degree in marketing, commercial, engineering or relevant field; MBA is preferred;
Minimum ten years’ work experiences, preferably gained from working in service department at multinational companies. Have work experience in service marketing section would be an advantage;
Proven experience in managing marketing projects including events management;
Ability to acquire and apply commercial and technical expertise by staying up to date in industry and with market trends;
Can manage multi-projects efficiently; plan and perform work in accordance with client requirements and professional standards;
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment;
Open minded, agile with change and practical;
Excellent written and verbal English
