助理研究经理
工作职责
? 社会化媒体研究的标准化方案研究,建立标准化的研究设计方案、研究框架、分析方法和指标等
? 社会化媒体研究的前瞻性和创新性研究,通过灵活整合传统市场研究、IT技术、文本挖掘及其他新兴科学,建立和开发能运用于商业领域的研究模型。主要应用方向包括社会化指数,社交媒体电视,社会化搜索, 社会化GRP等。
? 参与社会化媒体研究的整体解决方案和相关工具、产品的战略规划和设计
? 参与研究知识分享创新体系的建设和维护管理,为研究领域的知识分享、传承和创新提供支持和咨询
? 为公司内部的知识管理和公司对外的知识营销工作提供信息/分析支持和咨询
要求
? 本科或以上学历,统计学为优,社会学,心理学或应用数学相关专业
? 2-3年市场研究/消费者洞察相关数据分析工作经验
? 熟练掌握统计分析工具,并具备实际工作经验,有数据建模相关工作经验者为优
? 了解网络媒体和IT行业,对社会化媒体和社会化商业领域具有浓厚兴趣和热情,并积累了一定的知识和理解
? 社会化媒体深度参与者(例如长期参与微博/BBS讨论,长期撰写博客)优先
? 能够积极创新,乐于面对挑战,负责敬业
? 具有良好的项目管理经验,和优秀的人际沟通能力
? 具有快速学习和掌握新知识的能力,有合理计划,逻辑思维,敏锐分析的能力
? 具有良好的中英文口语和书面表达能力,能流利书写中英文报告
? 了解各类网络工具,熟悉使用各类办公软件,对数据库管理有一定了解者优先

Research Manager
? Standard research methodology development on social media research area, including standard research design, research framework, analytical methodology and index, etc.
? Innovative and prospective study on social media research. Establish and develop research models which can be applied in business areas, through flexibly integrate traditional research, Information Technology, Text mining and other emerging sciences. Applications include social TV, social search, social index, and social GRP.
? Participate in total solution, tool and product design of social media research.
? Participate in the establishment and management of knowledge sharing system, and provide support and consulting for knowledge innovation.
? Provide support and consulting for company in internal knowledge management and external knowledge marketing.
Requirements
? Bachelor degree or above, major in statistics proffered, or sociology, psychology, applied mathematics major.
? More than 2-3 years related work experience in consumer insight/marketing research with solid expertise in quantitative/ qualitative research. Having statistical analysis or media study/planning experience is highly desirable.
? Advanced knowledge and skills in statistical tool, methodology, and research model, with related working experience.
? Have good understanding in Internet media and Internet industry, with much interest and passion in social media and social business area, along with related knowledge.
? Heavy social media participator (e.g. regular participation in social media and BBS forums, blog writing, etc) is a plus.
? Diligent with moral character, welcoming challenges, and able to innovate with breakthrough mindset.
? Solid analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills and the ability to make sound decisions and recommendations
? Fast leaner with proven ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a fast paced environment
? Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese to present recommendations and results to key stakeholders
? Requires advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, database software, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. SPSS and R knowledge an asset.
? Requires organizational skills sufficient to prioritize work and complete assignments accurately, either independently or as part of a team.
? Personal social media accounts are required to be attached with resume.
