职位：高级培训专员 (Senior Training Specialist）

工作职责：
1. 调研公司培训需求，制定合理培训计划，并协调各方面资源进行有效实施；
2. 各种培训政策、流程、规范的制定和管理，讲师及课程资源的有效筛选和管理；
3. 评估培训成果，并跟踪员工发展状况；
4. 通过各种渠道和方式和员工分享各类培训资料，提高员工学习的热情和主动性，
5. 规划员工发展渠道，实施绩效考核并关注、促进员工发展；
6. 实施和建立不同的方案，以提高在公司的领导力和团队精神
7. 完成上级安排的其他工作。

Responsibility:
1. Research company training requirements, develop a reasonable training plan and coordinate all aspects of resources for effective implementation;
2. A variety of training policies, processes, standardized development and management, lecturers and course selection and effective resource management;
3. Assess the results of training and staff development track;
4. Promote the learning culture in the organization by various means of communication
5. Channels for staff development planning, implementation of performance appraisal and focus, and promote staff development;
6. Implement and accompany different programs to improve the leadership and team work in the company
7. Support Line Manager on other issue

职位要求：
1. 学士学位或以上
2. 专业的人力资源组织发展知识和经验
3. 至少有3-5年的培训设计和人际关系和表达技巧
4. 充满活力的、高效率和热情的推动者和企业培训师。
5. 跟踪个人培训反馈记录，组织和演讲技巧
6. 优秀的口头和书面沟通技巧。
7. 流利的英语。


Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or higher
2. Professional of training & development experience, and Knowledge
3. At least 3-5years in training design and delivery Interpersonal and presentation skills
4. Dynamic, high energy and enthusiastic facilitator and corporate trainer.
5. track record in inter-personal, organization and presentation skills
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Fluent in English.
