Job Summary (Main responsibilities):
Build up the business for our Orgacon portfolio (current (conductive polymers) and future (e.g. silver inks)) in the potentially big Greater China market

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develops and manages an effective sales and distribution network. Supports the customers in improving their competitive position, and cultivates partnership relationships with them to ensure the achievement of mutual business goals.
2. Proposes effective sales action plans and stretched targets to the General regional manager and the Business manager in HQ; makes necessary and in-time modification by monitoring and analyzing the sales development and market intelligence.
3. Executes the approved local sales action plans and conducts the corresponding sales activities to achieve target sales turnover, volume, profit margin and market share within the expense budget limit, and keeps the working capital in control. Identifies key issues in daily sales activities and tackles them with proper priorities.
4. Prepares the annual sales budget proposal and discusses this with the local General manager before submission to HQ for review and final approval.
5. Monitors closely the market and its business trends and, if deemed required, proposes appropriate commercial response to the higher management
6. Plays an active role in special projects such as new product launches and new marketing initiatives.
7. Provides key input for and participates in the short to medium-term sales and marketing strategic planning in order to meet the long-term objectives of Agfa Materials.
8. Conducts marketing management for Printed Electronics

Required competencies & skills:
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Business Administration or Engineering
Experience
Demonstrated proficiency in B2B sales and marketing (min 5 years working experience)
Specific skills (core competencies, key specialities, technical, human relations or managerial skills, and knowledge areas necessary)
Knowledge area: Very good knowledge of the market for conductive polymer applications (like antistatic film and polymer capacitors) is a must. Familiarity with (silver) ink applications in the broader electronics industry is a plus.
Languages: Mandarin, English (fluent – written and oral)
IT-knowledge: general PC, MS Office and other business IT tools
Technical skills: marketing methodology, market research & intelligence
Soft skills: communication, negotiation, presentation, problem solving, analysis & judgment, time management, inter-personal skills
Others: business sense, target oriented, team player, customer focus, tenacity, working under stress, practical learning
