职位描述
Manage a Project management team to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and other functinoal teams such as sales, procument, product management and industry marketing in order to deliver projects according to plan. He/she will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout life cycle of the projects.
Responsibilities
? New Product Development
1. Lead a PJM team to Initiate and launch new product development projects with product and development engineering team;
2. Oversea all internal engineering development projects and allocate appropriate resources based on their priorities and be able to resolve resources and/or schedule conflict among projects and project stakeholders;
3. Periodically communicate with project stakeholders such as sales, PM and operations throughout the life cycle of the projects to make sure all parties' objectives are aligned;
4. Monitor the progress of very important projects; Identify problems and critical paths early on to be able to devise solution or provide mitigating methods
? Transferred Project Management
Lead, plan, implement and complete transferred projects from other regions in order to continue to carry on product development process
? Document Control
Prepare and provide project management documents
Coordinate, gather and monitor the provision of all project-related documents (including materials, design and lesson learned etc) from other engineers
? People Management & Development
Allocate work and set individual goals for the supervisors; review and provide timely performance feedback to them; identify the skill sets required to develop technologically advanced products and build such skill sets in existing division; coach the supervisors and selected key talent to take managerial leadership roles; and resolve people/functional issues in order to achieve targeted division performance and retain key talent.
1. Bachelor in Electrical/Mechanical/Material Engineering
2. Minimum 5 years engineering project management experience
3. Project management, innovation, problem solving, logical thinking
