The Position

• Analyze, investigate the current process efficiency according to the system figures/facts
• Search the weakness of business processes via Survey, interview, branch visiting, helpdesk calls
• Coordinate with functional teams within Finance and related divisions to provide long term and short term solutions on financial issues incurred in branches
• Coordinate with Informatics to enhance financial process related system
• Involve in local or regional project implementation

• Bachelor degree at least, major in Science or Economics
• At least 5 years’ working experience in multinational company / audit firms / consulting firms, project management experience preferred
• Initiative, creative and structural
• Good presentation and communication skill
• Good English skill (speaking, writing, reading)
• Excel and PPT expertise is a must
• SPSS, Database, SQL, SAP /BW knowledge preferred
• Mathematical Model is a big plus
• Proactive attitude, willing to challenge existing process
