Principle Roles & Responsibilities 主要工作职责

1.Customs clearance for the imported material, to make sure production, sales and clinical trials operate on time

对进口物料进行报关,以确保生产,销售和临床试验能够按时开展

2．Set up and daily maintain the delivery status reporting structure，assure the shipping documents are full and complete enough for customs clearance; paper work in process of customs clearance

建立并维护货物清关状态记录报告,审核单证，确保申报单证的齐全，有效,处理货物在清关过程中例行的书面单证工作

3．Daily cooperation with SRPL’s logistics suppliers to smoothen the cargo importation work.

与罗氏公司物流供应商沟通协作，使货物进口工作顺利进行

4．Coordination with the ender user, planning, purchasing and W/H to make sure the smooth customs clearance and transportation of the ordered goods.

与货物使用人、计划、采购及仓库等部门协调，以确保货物的顺利报关和运输

5．Dedicate into the cases happened in the process of importation and exportation (such as claims, urgent delivery, customer complains for delivery etc.)

及时处理进口过程中出现的诸如索赔，紧急交货，客户投诉等方面的事宜

6. Support the supervisor on the daily work operation.

协助主管人员处理相关日常工作

Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

2~3 years working experience of customs clearance

2到3年的清关工作经验

logistical skills；

物流知识技能

co-ordination skills

沟通协调技能

English communication skills

英语沟通交流技能

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

Major in logistics/international trade

物流或国际贸易专业

CET-4 Certificate

大学英语四级
