Caferica is a professional coffee roasting and sales company based in Shanghai. We have more than 10 years experience of office coffee service and retail business. As we are expanding into B2C business, we are leveraging on our wide B2B customer base and thorough understanding of the coffee industry in China to build our potential consumer brands as Chinese consumer's favourite coffee brands.

With this growing focus on building our B2C brands, we are looking for a strong candidate with great potential and willingness to win and learn in this challenging environment. The candidate should fulfill the following requirements:


Roles and Responsibilities:
- Team member of the new Single Serve(SS) business, reporting to the Head of SS
- Achieve a good and thorough understanding of our business and the industry within the first month
- Performing market analysis of Single Serve industry (both foreign and local brands/competition/opportunities)
- Collecting market insight of coffee/tea industry in specific channels related to our business, and provide
- Identify OEM suppliers for SS, and valuable foreign brands for China market
- Contribute to establish the in-house marketing strength
- Able to execute marketing plan, and to lead in the future
- Key account management / sales support to the team
- Identify potential business partners / leads


Qualifications:
- Independent with a great team spirit
- Strong communication and negotiation skill (or to be built)
- Excellent interactive and conflict management skill (or to be built)
- A good command of English (reading and written, with certain levels of spoken and listening)
- A strong desire to improve your English further
- A strong will to succeed under difficult circumstances and a desire for monetary rewards
- Result-oriented, practice win-win-win with colleagues and business partners
- Willing to self-study and further develop yourself during your leisure time
- Good time management and planning
- Creative, dare to imagine and breakthrough
