An industry leader in the design and manufacture of hign tech pump.
The R&D Manager/Director is directly responsible and accountable for all aspects of Research and Development, As a member of the Executive committee, assists in strategic management of the company.

location:河北保定
· Develop new products to help grow China business further.
· Provide documentation and manufacturing support.
· Hire and develop Engineering team.
· Ensure that no vacancies remain for more than 3 months.
· Develop 3 new patentable or trade secret ideas per year.

Requirements:
Engineering backgroud.
Very strong analytical skills;
Good leadship skills;
Proactive/takes initiative;
High standards,Efficient, strong execution.
Familiar with mechanical and electrical fluid product.
