Responsibilities:

- Implement recruitment process such as:
Following on approval process for Recruitment Requisition
Internal and external vacant position advertisement
First interview and working with business units for second and final interview
- Following up on new colleague’s on-board facility
- Employees’ ID badge
- Communication with station and FESCO in different cities for on-Board of new colleagues in stations
- Monthly organization chart update
- Monthly headcount report


Requirements:

- Bachelor and above, preferable in HR, business management or psychology related major;
- Minimum 2 years experience specialist in recruiting with multiple locations;
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations, experience in working with outsourcing partners is a big advantage;
- Good command of spoken & written English;
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skill;
- Have ability to work under pressure and to handle complexity and multi-task, high sense of confidentiality & responsibility.
- Mature Personality, service-oriented, team player, attention to details.
- High level of consultancy, presentation and influencing skills;
