Job Responsibilities
· Coordinate with Crane & Harbor as well as related industry research and report (to be developed internally or through 3rd party)
· Propose annual Crane marketing plan
· Initiate marketing budget
· Crane Marketing folder and database maintenance
· Coordinate with the marketing team about other marketing related tasks
· Team work with General Manager and other function team



· Advertisements:
- Contract signing and payment
- Advertisements initializing (content, design)
- Must know related media


· Events (conferences and exhibitions):
- Come up with event proposals (exhibition, seminars)
- Develop, produce and deliver the events
- Set up and monitor the timeline
- Onsite inspections


· Press release:
- Gather background information and drafting


· Coordination with sales group:
- Gifts preparation
- Brochures, flyers etc. tracing and printing
- Organize customer seminars


· Quarterly work summary and report



Qualification & Requirements


- Bachelor degree or above.

- Related experience on marketing and communication work

- Excellent writing ability in different forms of press and marketing materials

- Strong capability in communication and coordination

- Good language ability in Chinese and English

- Good team work sprit
