Job Description
Function 1 --- Staffing
? Arrange the interview for hiring managers which is included phone interview and face to face interview
? Handle new hire check-in process, ESS data input, prepare employment contract, education check and necessary onboard documents and filing, keep it timely, accurately and properly
? Handle employee termination process, inform line manager to terminate employee in ESS, make sure all terminated employees complete termination checklist, proprietary information obligation form and exit interview script before or on their last working day. Prepare termination certificate respectively
? Maintain the employee database, update it while any information change, including but not limited to new hire, termination, role or department change, ensure the data accuracy
? Maintain and update HR related reports as and when required, prepare for reports when other department require for business need
? Deal with working visa and residence permit related process, including first time application, extension, modification and termination process. Liaise with the relevant government authorities to support overseas recruitment and assignment activities
? Provide HR consultant service to all employees when necessary
Function 2 --- Learning and Development
? Collaborate with common service team to run New Hire Orientation within one month upon their joining, responsible for introducing HR part
? Coordinate with UU and HR BP to provide administration support to the learning and development matters in UGSC as and when required, such as Global English training
? Search, compare and set up qualified training service vendors based on the training needs as and when required
Function 3 --- People Engagement/Retention
? Participate and provide HR support in employee club activities, including but not limited to birthday party and outing
? Prepare slides for all-hands meetings of HR part as and when required, including new hire introduction and quarterly reward and recognition information
? Assist HR BP to retain key person and good performance employee
? Update staff manual of HR parts and participate in company culture build up, etc. as and when required
Qualification:
1.At least 8 years solid experience within a HR function of a Multinational Organization
2.Knowledge of government legislation impacting the practice of human resources management.
3.Bachelor degree in HR, Administration or any related field.
4.Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience of using an HR / recruitment system
5.Good English both in writing and speaking.
6.Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
