Service Logistics Specialist
售后物流专员

Key responsibilities/essential functions：
The Specialist provides effective and responsive administrative/logistical service to support Maquet Service Engineers and service management team in day-to-day business operations and activities. Primary responsibilities include:
1. Take spare parts orders from field engineers and process them on a timely manner.
2. Purchase spare parts and consumables from suppliers abroad and local.
3. Take care of the service inventory; co-operate closely with warehouse staff to manage timely order delivery and inventory accuracy.
4. Follow up on shipment issues.
5. Ensure accuracy of service goods transaction in ERP system.
6. Provide logistical reports to service leaders.
7. Negotiate with forwarders to maintain stable shipping quality and cost.
8. Handle all service parts delivery and return.

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Academic: college or university graduated
2. Language: Fluent in English and Chinese
3. Computer: familiar with Microsoft Office, Web.
4. Business: Equipped with good business sense, trading, importing and exporting operations..
5. Experience & Knowledge: Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, or OTR, supply chain, sales or service operation.
6. Communication: communication in the most effective way, internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines.
2. Strong organizational skills with high attention to details.
3. Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.
4. Good team player. Good presentation skills.
