工作汇报对象：我公司 经理
工作地点：上海 ， 但经常会有国内出差
工作内容：
-指导和管理下属的日常工作, 包括审阅下属起草的有关文件等
-根据工作内容和需求，指派相应的人员负责相应的商业辅助项目的工作
-根据客户有关公司、分支机构等的设立、变更、注销等，需要去不同的城市出差，向各地政府机关（如商委、工商局、税务局等）提交有关申请文件、解答其问题、跟进并获得有关批复或登记
-通过邮件（主要通过中文）、电话或会议的形式与客户沟通（主要是跨国企业客户），
-协助我公司经理、合伙人与客户管理层进行定期会议，并在会前做好相应的准备工作
--挖掘客户的其他专业服务需求 ，并与我公司经理/ 合伙人讨论，推动我公司业务的发展

Work location: based in Shanghai, but with frequent business travels in China
Job description:-
- Supervising the daily work of subordinates, including reviewing the draft documents prepared by them
- Assigning appropriate staff to each company secretarial project, according to the contents and requirements of the work
- Travelling to different cities to submit application documents to various authorities (like MOFCOM、ABIC、Tax Bureau etc.) for the establishment, alteration and de-registration of companies
- Communication with clients (mainly MNC clients) mainly in email (in Chinese), telephone or meeting formats
- Assisting managers and partners to have periodic meetings with the management personnel of clients, and making relevant preparation before the meetings
- Identifying other service opportunities from the clients, and discuss with managers/partners
