Functions:


· Assists in preparing customer calls

· Participates in customer calls and writes the call report

· Takes care of the follow-up after customer calls

· Manages the daily account business

· Supports selectively with the administration of special transactions and coordinates all meetings regarding such transactions

· Fosters the regular contact as the main contact person for all his/her customers

· Coordinates and monitors administration of the business with his/her customers together with the responsible back office in cooperation with the Professional Account Manager or Head of Department

· Looks after the quick and reliable processing of customers complaints in his/her business area

· Coordinates the pricing for his/her customer under consideration of profitability of the relationship

· Sells his/her customers all products of the bank

· Monitors the development of the financial standing of his/her customers and takes effective measures to minimize credit risk

· Obeys to all administrative regulations regarding credit approval and credit control

Qualification:
Proficiency in English;
postgraduate, majoring in International Trade, Finance, Economics;
being able to travel;
