Title: Workout Officer

Tasks and Responsibilities:
? Assess distressed loans (loan portfolios) from a commercial and (basic) legal perspective;
? Deal with Non-performing loans and special assets (Monitor and handle distressed loans / loan portfolios); Improve and optimize (existing) collateral structure ; Assess and conduct analyses and cross check restructuring concepts ; Monitor and supervise restructuring measures;
? Assist in organizing and coordinating the various departments internally and external resources; Involvement into negotiation of restructuring plans with clients, lawyers, auditors, consultants and representatives of other banks;
? If applicable: enter into enforcement procedures of collaterals; support the M&A process of distressed companies or parts thereof;
? Keep related departments informed on a regular basis;
? Assist in dealing with government relations;
? Monitor market developments and policy environment changes.

Qualification:

? Business Administration, Finance and/or law university degree (Postgraduate degree preferred);
? Advanced English language skills, additional language skills (German preferred) are very welcome;
? More than two years relevant work experience; Project finance, risk management and/or relationship management experience are highly welcome,
? Basic understanding of legal concepts in the contexts of insolvency, bankruptcy, civil & banking law;
? Proficient in OFFICE software;
? Able to travel frequently; Open-minded communicator; Good common sense, Team worker, Quick response and handling capabilities, like decision-making;
? Ability to develop profound negotiation skills and tactics (preferred)
