职位描述
Position Summarize:
Overall in charge of the brands in all aspects, i.e. P&L, staff management, merchandising, marketing, inventory
.control, visual presentation, business expansion……..etc.
Main Job Duties:
1. Monitor and manage brand’s sales performance in line with company target level
2. Manage the team and keep them motivated at high morale
3. Over seeing merchandising matters, GP maintenance, Inventory management
4. Up keep the brand’s high image and status
5. Formulate business and marketing plans, i.e. yearly, quarterly, monthly
6. Analyze daily, weekly, monthly sales report.
7. Weekly conference with sales units
8. Monthly meeting with key members of the team
9. Regular business field trips to stores.
10. Other tasks assign by GM.
Working Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in international trade, marketing, retail related fields;
2. With at least 8 years experiences in fashion retail operation or brand management
3. English and Mandarin, spoken and written fluently.
4. Good communications skills and analytical skills.
5. Team player, energetic, aggressive, self-motivated and initiative
6. Be able to travel frequently, and during weekends
7. Fashionable and presentable
