- You follow up closely with business forecast and budget;
- You provide analysis and periodic reports on website and customer behavior;
- You follow up closely performance on marketing activities;
- You follow up closely ROI on other business investment;
- You lead development of management dashboard;
- You recommend and implement action plans to grow the business;
- You identify business and operational risks and assist business manager to find the solution;
- You participate in ad-hoc projects.

Profile:
- Practice and enjoy sports, like challenges;
- Passionate about E-commerce;
- Majored in accounting/finance with a bachelor degree or above;
- Good analytical skills and very willing and curious to learn and develop;
- Be the driving force, able to handle uncertainties and like to take initiatives;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and like team work;
- With experiences as accounting or financial analysis in Ecommerce or retailing is a plus;
- With experiences in running Ecommerce business is a plus;
- Good knowledge in web analysis tool and business intelligence is a plus;
- Fluent English.
