业务拓展经理----(美国顶级电器品牌Sub-Zero & Wolf )
岗位职责:
1.根据区域销售业绩目标,汇总与提交年度销售报告(项目为主)
2.拓宽与发展新的经销商以获取更多销售渠道(项目为主)
3.通过产品销售及与不同类型的市场目标客户的互动(建筑/室内设计师,业主与经销商),确保Sub-Zero & Wolf品牌相关业务的持续增长与发展
4.持续跟进和挖掘新的业务发展机遇并与经销商保持密切合作
5.计划与执行零售与项目的分销战略
6.配套推荐与销售公司其它品牌或合作伙伴旗下产品,如推荐bulthaup的橱柜产品给潜在客户
7.提供杰出优质的客户服务,与客户建立稳定双赢的合作关系
8.拓宽客户关系网络,加强与提升现有客户服务级别与质量
9.协助销售与品牌相关的市场推广活动
10.严格执行公司制度及遵守国家相关商业法规
11.确保区域客户对公司形象的统一认知
12.对经销商及销售人员进行产品知识与销售技巧培训以拓展市场机遇
13.了解公司的成功项目及案例便于内部沟通与外部谈判
14.为销售人员与经销商提供指导与支持帮助其拓展客户受众基础并最大程度地开拓市场
15.收集并分析竞争对手的动态信息
16.必要时乐于引领公司内部同事或客户
17.了解行业动态,收集客户反馈信息以支持现有业务组合扩张及新产品发布
任职资格:
1.大专以上,本科学历及以上优先
2.拥有厨房设备、家居产品或相关行业的销售工作经验者优先
3.具备与分销商沟通相关经验-管理、监督、指导与发展
4.具备项目相关经验-能够独立操作某个指定项目的完整流程,如项目投标、安装施工、款项支付等
5.对于建筑设计公司与室内设计装潢公司的业界动向与运营模式有深入了解,且与此类公司建立一定的良好合作关系
6.具备对于高端产品的品牌营销推广以及其在零售与项目工程两方面的市场定位的深刻理解
7.充满激情,态度专注,职业规划明晰且乐于迎接工作中的任何挑战
8.具备优秀的人际交往沟通能力,善于与客户及合作伙伴建立长期稳定的人际关系
9.具备良好的谈判技巧,善于在充满挑战的谈判中达成双赢局面
10.具备明锐的消费者及行业市场的嗅觉与洞察力

Business development Manager----(Sub-Zero & Wolf – Top high-ended kitchen appliance brand from US)
Reporting to: Director of Operations, Shanghai
Location: Shanghai
Job responsibilities:
Sales and Distributions
1. Structure and deliver annual sales results according to regional objectives, with focus on projects;
2. Develop new dealers to grow new sales opportunities, with focus on projects;
3. Ensure the growth of the Sub-Zero & Wolf business through selling and market distribution activities (architects/designers, property owners, dealers);
4. Scout, qualify and track new business opportunities, negotiation, close deals, payments in close cooperation with dealers;
5. Plan and execute the distribution strategies in both projects and retail;
6. Cross-selling of related products, e.g. bulthaup, to potential clients;
Customer Relationship, Marketing and Training
7. Building solid and profitable relationships with clients through the delivery of exceptional customer service;
8. Strengthen customer network and service levels;
9. Cooperate with sales & branding activities;
10. Compliance with all company’s policies relating the business practices and regulatory requirements in China;
11. Ensure company image presented uniformly to the customers in the region;
12. Conduct sales and products trainings to promote, multiply and transfer market opportunities;
13. Provide success and case stories for internal and external communication;
14. Guide and support sales staff and dealers for broadening customer base and a maximum market penetration;
15. Collect and analyze competitors’ information actively;
16. Take initiatives when necessary to lead the people both internally within company and with the customers;
17. Collect trends, customer feedback to support portfolio expansion and new product launch;
Key skills and capabilities required:
1. Bachelor Degree preferred, at least college degree;
2. Sales experience in kitchen, home products, or other building material kitchen appliance is highly preferred;
3. Distribution experience – has experience in dealers management, incl. developing, coaching, controlling;
4. Project business experience - has experience in complete project cycles, incl. tendering, installation, payment, etc;
5. Understands how the architect and design company works, understand the specification process for interior design and decoration, and has established relationships there;
6. Need to understand branding of premium products and how to position brand in the marketplace at both retail and projects;
7. High energy, results oriented, career driven and has the passion and energy keep up with the demands of the job;
8. Good people skills with the ability to develop good relationships with the and develop long term strong personal relationships with customers/strategic partners;
9. Good negotiating skills. This person needs to be able to achieve win/win programs with other tough negotiators in the region;
10. Good customers and market insights;
11. Team player with flexibility, willing to take multi-tasks;
12. PC skills, fluent to use office software, specially word, excel, PowerPoint;
13. Good English skills is highly preferred
