The job-holder is accountable for improving website functionality and usability based on company business needs, internal business systems status, up-to-date market status.

Lead web development and release, A/B testing, internal & external usability test, cooperate with internal business & marketing team, IT team and 3rd party IT vendor for all ecommerce related projects, balance the investment and return on business.

Build content architecture and coordinate daily content maintenance to raise website key process conversion %, this includes the website's content look and feel, branding experience, messaging, site features, information architecture, and functionality, as well as landing page support.

Responsibilities:
- Participate business strategy discussion, draft out/ summarize business requirement with eCommerce team.
- Draft and finalize Business-Tech solution (make information architecture decisions) with IT team and 3rd party IT vendor
- Manage user-friendly interface, process design & overall usability
- Vender tech document review & sign off
- Vender test case review & sigh off
- Release management (including BU training) & sign off
- Routine customer UAT and customer behavior study (through GA data or A/B test)
- Daily support to BU, bug list management
- Work with content leader to build best design content architecture and monitor daily content improving result
- Track record in driving business performance of eCommerce / Website operations and matching IT investment vs. achieving target KPI in new customer acquisitions, sales orders and customer service

Other duties :
Apply new technology, media, interactive research and emerging standards related to internet marketing and digital media

Skills and specifications
- Very strong ecommerce website building skills, very familiar with popular web development technology, strict vendor controlling.
- Very families with eCommerce / Website operations and business / marketing KPI
- Strong team leadership building skills.
- Project management skills: ability to plan, prioritize and multi-task.
- Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Consistent demonstration of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work with people at all levels

Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in fields of computer science, web programming, ecommerce or related field.
- 6~8 years of working experience in eCommerce / Website development & and exposure to digital marketing and web development, which includes:
- 2 years + experience in programming or architecture design
- 3 years + experience leading team or project team
