职位描述
工作内容:
1. Identify top common academic accounts across multiple BUs from NanoTools Technology Group (NTT).
2. Identify customer needs; Leverage company broader technical solutions and offerings. Maximize OI overall account sales which cannot be achieved by one business alone.
3. Seek NPI opportunities, whether within or across specific BU technology capabilities, and give back to BU’s as a ‘market-pull’ opportunity.
4. Leverage company overall commercial strength to build up a much stronger partnership with accounts identified aiming at sustaining business relations and for continuous stream of revenue.
5. Develop go-to-market strategy and account annual plan with China President and with commercial team.
6. Identify and listing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in leading universities and State Key Labs in association with company strategy and growth priorities.
7. Collect critical business intelligence on China’s latest research trend, key research programs, state funding, capital approval status, winning organization, facilitating business success.
8. Build up visibility on organization structure of Ministry of Science and Technology, Chinese Academy of Science, China Natural Science Foundation, and leading universities identified.
学历要求:
1. Master or PHD, major in Physics, Material Science, Chemical Analysis, or other science degree highly preferred;
2. MBA is optional but definitely a plus;
经历要求:
1. Over 5-year working experience with solid technical background in Physics, Material Science, Superconducting, Plasma, Semiconductor, Chemical Analysis, or Analytical Instrument related fields with true understanding of academic customer’s work flow, application, research needs, working practice and/or purchase process.
2. Working experience in Multi-national companies highly preferred (but optional).

1. Strong commercial sense. Experience from sales, marketing, application, technical service is definitely a plus.
2. Good communication and presentation skills; Able to present clearly and in a logical manner
3. Good people skills; Comfortable working with leading professors, with internal sales, marketing and management team.
