Key Responsibilities:

· Process the purchase orders according to purchase request accurate and timely, and ensure the process is in compliance with order fulfillment process guidelines,

· Track order status with vendors and ensure the order performance on time

· Keep tightly communication with related department, and provide the sufficient information to keep the article of orders received smoothly

· Contact with vendor to solve the claim of shortage delivery, part broken, wrong part delivery etc. special issues

· Updated the related report data timely

· Handling incoming enquires as appropriate in a timely and responsive manner

· Have cost consciousness to control logistics cost and inventory level,

· Act as backup to other team member on order handling;

· Maintain a good working relationship with relevant business and functional groups through excellent communication skills

· Develop the level of computer skills to be able to handle daily operations and other activities as assigned
