职位描述
Job Description
1. As senior management position, undertake to assist and implement the improvement of best practice strategies, procedures and policies appropriate to the company ‘s long-term goal.
2. Evaluation and planning of group HR strategic management, support for the HR systems & processes within company. Key responsibilities include delivering & coaching best practice HR systems and processes in line with the company framework
3. Develop human resources Planning, budget, cost estimates, supervisory control budget implementation
4. Standardization of HR system (Recruitment, training, KPI, C & B, employee development system building), Keeping up-to-date with best practice methods relevant to HR systems and procedures.
5. Organization of corporate management on important issues , to promote the development stage of the management plan and organize the implementation ;
6. Group decision-making to provide human resources , organization and other aspects of the proposal and is committed to enhance its level of integrated management and control human resource costs
7. Ability to deal with continual change in a fast paced environment, conduct employee career planning
8. Building and implementing robust strategies to coach team members to cope with the demands of their roles for leadership, training, business development
9. Leadership and team culture development (building and managing effective teams)
10. Involved in the Group’s major strategic decisions
11. Build & improve company mission, cultural, ethic, training systems etc.
Desired Skills and Expertise
1. Diploma in university study, business administration or equivalent
2. At least 10 years experience in a generalist and senior HR role, preferable in multinational environment
3. Experience with coordination of multiple locations preferred.
4. Excellent English language level required
