Reporting to the Head of the Corporate Communications & Marketing Division, you will lead a team to drive all e-commerce initiatives for the DCH Group in PRC. Key duties include but not limited to developing and executing strategies, plans and processes to continuously optimize operational efficiency and customer experience; leading the on-line marketing activities and promotion programs, managing the daily operations like platform, ERP system, payment gateway, order fulfillment, inventory management and post-sales customer service, liaising with different internal and external partners to drive and achieve online sales; staying most updated on the latest digitial marketing technologies and trends, and idenfitying possible opportunities to implement these new technologies into marketing campaigns.

To qualify for the position, you should:

- Be a degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce or other relevant disciplines;

- Have at least 5 years’ relevant experience in business development and account servicing in FMCG Industry in PRC, in which at least 3 years as an E-Commerce Manager;

- Be well abreast of the latest practice and systems in on-line sales and marketing;

- Be resourceful, creative, have analytical mind and able to handle multi-tasks and possess a proven ability to deliver quality work within tight deadlines;

- Have strong business sense and analytical ability;

- Be passionate in e-commerce and familiar with major online shopping websites and retailers;

- Be mature enough and tactful to deal with people of different nationalities and cultures;

- Be well-organized, have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;

- Be willing to travel frequently

此外，本集团在中国香港及国内从事不同种类的汽车相关业务，包括汽车租赁、连锁式汽车维修中心、二手车买卖、汽车金融、汽车保险、汽车机油调配、特种车工程，以及分销零部件及汽车环保产品。
食品及消费品业务
凭借从事食品业务逾65年的丰富经验，大昌行已拓展其业务至食品制造、分销及零售业务，打造全面的食品供应链。在上游食品生产方面，我们提供不同种类的冷冻及冷藏食品、茶类及咖啡饮品。而我们亦是香港西式熟食加工业的市场领导者。在中游食品贸易方面，我们代理不同种类的冷冻食品，以及数以百计的国际知名快速消费品品牌，并成功在中国香港及国内拓展广泛的分销网络。在零售方面，我们于香港经营超过50间大昌食品市场及大昌食品专门店。
大昌行在2016年6月完成收购利丰于亚洲的分销业务(LFA)，进一步壮大集团的分销业务。LFA在10个亚洲市场代理数以百计的世界知名品牌，并且于亚洲医疗保健产品市场亦占有举足轻重的地位。
我们致力在国内及中国香港分销全球著名的家电及高端影音产品。我们现时已于中国香港及国内设立多间大昌影音专卖店及大昌数码专卖店，建立了影音产品的零售网络。
物流业务对全面食品供应链的发展非常重要。多年来，我们在国内发展全国性的配送网络，并已于各地建立无缝冷冻链物流网络，覆盖香港、澳门、新会、深圳、广州、昆明、厦门及上海。这些成熟的现代物流配套为本集团的食品业务提供了强大的物流支持。
