BASIC FUCTIONS
Support and execute the Asia Pacific Sales & Operations Planning Process (S&OP) for the entire Kitchen & Bath Vitreous operations in the region. These responsibilities include: Product Availability, Finished Goods Inventory Management, long term Demand Management and Production Planning. Collaborate in the development of and compliance to the Rules of Engagement across the three Kitchen & Bath regions (Plumbing Americas, Kohler Europe and Kohler Asia).


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Comply with the high level Rules of Engagement between regions.
2. Execute Asia Pacific Sales & Operations Planning Process (S&OP) for the entire Kitchen & Bath Vitreous operations in the region, including demand analysis of every region, supply plan and capacity analysis to ensure the long term growth of Asia Pacific region.
3. Execute and work with global VIT for regular updating of AP demand/supply/INV status.
4. Ensure Kohler Co. has sufficient capacity and process capability in Asia to meet present and future product demands.
5. Support and execute Asia demand driven plans for capacity expansion and/or shifts in product category capabilities. Own exception management in terms of resolving Supply & Demand disconnects.
6. Review monthly S&OP process inputs and outputs.
7. Drive consistency for the S&OP process.
8. Keep apprised of the latest technology and drive software enhancements including a time phased implementation of process and tools to improve data integrity, visibility, reporting, analysis, and footprint optimization.
9. Coordinate the demand/supply issues between the marketing in the Asia Pacific region and supply plant.
10. Develop/implement Vitreous product sourcing strategy and determine when to single-source and when to multi-source products.
11. Manage AEM(Asia Emerging Market) and NEA(North East) demand and supply management to secure business target with competitive customer service level.
12. Perform other related duties as required or assigned.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1.University graduate or above with minimum three years experience in similar role: Demanding planning, Inventory Control, Master Scheduling, Forecasting.
2.Good English and well computer literate MS-Office suit window 97.
3.High positive attitude and tactful communication skill
