职位描述
Main responsibilities:
1. Supply a front and back office high level of expertise presales & technical support to designated key Global and Regional Strategic accounts; from review of user requirements, solutions design offer to speedy and professional completion of project
2. Take full ownership of project assigned and be able to coordinate and direct respective department staff that will be involved in each key project. To promote and implement Markem-Imaje standards for applications solutions and technical support (products & services) while respecting the customer needs.
3. Regular communication with overseas counterpart for existing applications solutions to key accounts and designated market segment, help to drive sales team to clone and support in proposal and implementation such solutions to these key accounts
4. Regular communication with Strategic Key Account Sales assigned to designated accounts. Supporting them on presenting known and new solutions to a specific applications requirements
5. Actively participate in “Continuous Improvement Program” by identifying known technical application issues and needed features of the coding products and processes of escalation to relevant MI department
6. Educate customers to the benefits of investing in Markem-Imaje Product and Services through effective communications, professional training and technical services support and after sales strategy.
7. To continually analyze customer satisfaction on a MI products and existing solutions; be fast to react for customer future coding solutions
8. Create or clone of success stories and share with key account sales
9. Adhere to all Markem-Imaje policies; i.e., ICT policy, Staff handbook, Safety and Workshop 5S and customer policies.
10. Develop and maintain technical and operational competency on Markem-Image products through study, training, hands on use and field exposure to customer applications. Required to successfully complete product training courses and demonstrate competency level as defined by management.
Key Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree with Mechanical or Electronics background, with 3~5 years of related experience managing technical sales projects, preferably catering to foods and beverages or fast moving consumer goods
? Solid and proven knowledge in managing projects with speedy and professional completion
? Solid interpersonal and customer relationship management skills. Proven ability to share knowledge for diverse audiences of varying size and negotiate with customers when conflict arises
? Solid skills to plan and prioritize multiple activities and commitments through effective time management and proper preparations prior to delivering support services
