We are looking for a Sourcing Engineer with good negotiation skill, certain economic and legal
knowledge.
The key responsibilities of the Sourcing Engineer are to
- New supplier introduction audit the potential supplier and select suitable supplier for the company;
- Make supplier better understand our requirement, follow-up the procedure of new product phase in with us;
- Help supplier to establish logistic system, set up the target for in the time delivery and follow-up, and help SQA to improve supplier delivery quality and process. Timely solve the exceptional delivery issues in daily operation; Organize supplier evaluation in certain period together with Quality and Engineering;
- Negotiating to get optimal price, at the same time get better delivery and quality;
- By using certain economic and legal knowledge to sign the favorable supply contract and follow-up;
- Set up and maintenance the supplier information and follow up;
- Global sourcing project.

The ideal candidate has bachelor degree and 5 years sourcing or relevant working experience within manufacturing environment, good English and computer skills.

The position reports formally to the Souring Manager. And the key relationship is Externel Suppliers, Internal customers and other relevant support functions.
