CLIENT SUMMARY
Our Client is a Italy manufacturer specializes in supply mechanical transmissions, hydraulic transmissions, heavy metal fabrications and dedusting systems, etc.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
This Application Manager work as a technical advisor with the sales manager together visit clients.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze the market and develop new range of applications.
- Search and contact new possible customers.
- Introduce to the customers all range of products and promote our brand and activities.
- Cooperate with customers to analyze the technical requests in detail.
- Cooperate with clients’ Technical Department to adjust our products in base of the market demand and customers requirements.
- Provide to the Sales Director (SD) monthly report with the projects development.
- Follow step by step and coordinate all the phases during the startup of new projects until project successful.
- Cooperate with Sales Director (SD) and all the Area Sales Managers (ASM) to organize the activities of the sales man.
- Constantly monitor the progress and development of the projects.
- Provide to the Sales Director (SD) weekly report of the progress of the projects.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. Between 28 and 40 years of age.
2. Bachelor or above, major in engineering, mechanical or related major.
3. At least 5 years working experience in industrial sales, prefer those with experience in hydraulic and construction equipment.
4. Be familiar with the structure and performance of excavators, crawler cranes, rotary drill rig and construction machinery products, full access to domestic and foreign construction machinery technology and technology development, technical creative ability.
5. Have excellent leadership, team management, good coordination and communication ability, and a good grasp of global capacity.
6. Have strong sense of responsibility, dedication, ability to solve problems independently, with strong ability to resist pressure, dare to accept new challenges.
7. Healthy, energetic, and able to adapt to the high intensity of work status, with good physical and psychological adjustment of capacity.
8. Strong command in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
9. To accept frequent business trips.
