职位描述：

1. 负责访客接待，接听/转接/记录来电、来访。
2. 监督管理公司办公区域及楼层公共区域的卫生、清洁。
3. 熟练掌握公司概况，能够回答客人提出的一般性问题，提供常规的非保密信息。
4. 负责电话、邮件、信函的收、转发工作，做好工作信息的记录、整理、建档。
5. 负责公司文件、通知的分发，做好分发记录并保存。
6. 及时联系物业及相关维修人员，保证办公设备、办公家具及时维修和维护。
7. 门禁卡管理。
8. 负责管理前台办公用品及办公设备的清洁保养。
9. 执行公司考勤制度，负责员工的考勤记录汇总、外出登记，监督员工刷卡。
10. 负责员工出差预订机票、火车票、客房、车等，差旅人员行程及联络登记。
11. 负责所有行政采购：办公耗材、会议/培训费用物品。
12. 对工作中出现的各种问题及时汇报，提出工作改进意见。
13. 完成领导交办的其他或临时工作。



职位要求：

1. 形象好，气质佳，身高160以上。
2. 熟练使用各种办公软件。
3. 踏实、勤奋，具有良好的团队合作精神。
4. 能用英语进行简单交流。
5. 大专以上学历。
