Job description:岗位描述：
Responsible for integrate W.E.T comfortable / heating system as per customer‘s instruction.
依照客户指示负责威意特内部舒适/加热系统的一体化工作。
Harmonize W.E.T internal departments’ work, ASH,AKT,AMD and AEC during research & development stage.
在开发阶段，协调威意特内部各部门ASH,AKT,AMD 和 AEC之间的协作。
Provid support and technical opinion / suggestion when unnormal happen.
当发生不符合时，提供支持和技术意见，建议。
Capability to analysis electronic circuit and PCB drawing in order to deal with comfortable / heating system unnormal work.
分析电路图和电路板图的能力以应对舒适/加热系统的非正常工作状态。
Multitasking to improve capability and timing due to emergencies to ensure not interruption work flow.
多任务处理能力和适时处理紧急事件能力以确保工作流程不被打断。
Support WET internal and external customers.支持W.E.T内外部客户的工作。
Provide training to the new members. 为新员工提供培训。
Experience with Electronic testing.熟悉电子实验测试。
Skills needed:技能需求：
Major of Electronics,electric or automatization.电子，电气或自动化专业。
At least 4 years Automotive Industry electronic design background. 四年汽车行业电路设计工作经验。
Good English on reading, writing and speaking. 较好的英语阅读，书写和对话能力。
Adapt to flexible shifts, working under pressure, team spirit.适应加班和有压力的工作，团队合作精神。
Good skill of communication and coordination. 较好的沟通和协调技巧。
