职位描述
Job Summary:
全面负责集团和下属工厂招聘工作,按照业务需求和公司战略规划选择不同渠道实施人员招聘计划。管控招聘成本,确保人才引进能符合公司业务发展需求。根据工厂业务发展协助人力资源总监在选、育、用、留方面建立积极的和谐的员工关系,降低员工流失率。Fully responsible for recruiting parts of FO headquarter and the subsidary of FO, according to business strategy set up and implement reccuriting plan under different channle. Control recruting budget to ensure the talent strategy can match the business development, construct the positive relationship with employees from"choose educate use retain" aspect to lower turn over.
Key Accountabilites:
1.根据集团战略规划和业务需求拟定招聘计划; Ensure recruitment tools and processes are used appropriately and accurately according to company guidelines;
2.选择不同招聘渠道确保招聘计划正常开展和实施,例如猎头, 招聘网站,校园招聘,报纸, 人才市场和其他媒介招聘; Conduct recruiting activities according to planning and make sure the recruitment process are fully implemented and followed, periodically contact with headhunter,job board,campus talk,new paper, labor markert and other medial tool to conduct the recruiting
3. 协助各业务经理和招聘团队正常理解招聘需求,确保业务要求和招聘职位的对称性以更好的改善招聘结果;Be responsible for coordinating and communicating with Division Managers and HR team to understand the hiring requisition, as well as business needs to develop the staffing solution, plan, and improve recruiting results (i.e., hiring in alignment with skills, attributes, behavior requirements, process efficiencies)
4. 面试流程和面试过程中关键控制点的不断完善,入职员工的最终谈判及建议权;Constantly improve interview process and control the key point to make sure the interview can be implemented fairly and efficiently , negotiation of offer letter
5.入职员工手续和档案办理,新员工培训计划的实施和跟踪以确保新员工 角色的尽快融入;Responsible for the on-board issues and other personnel documents transferred, make and monitor the orientation plan for new staff to ensure them can be quickly get used to the job requirements
6.根据行业特点和人才类型,建立和匹配自己行业的人才库;According to the manufacturing features and talent style to establish our talent poor to maintain intelligents
7.招聘预算控制 Control the budget of recruiting activities
8.招聘月报的编制和分析,包括但不仅限于招聘周期,招聘到岗率,招聘渠道选择的有效性,招聘费用压缩等方面,为人力资源总监提供建设性意见确保人力资源战略的正常运行;Make monthly HR report, which including but not limited to lead time, staff on board rate, the validity of hiring channels, cost down on hiring budget, provide the constructive suggestions to HRD to ensure the HR policy can be smoothly operate
9.分析、研究员工离职原因,配合人力资源总监在维持人才适当流通的前提下,降低离职率,改善员工满意度;Analyze the reasons for staff leaving,support HRD to take actions to promote the satisfaction and lower turn over in the maintenance of proper circulation of talents;
Requirements:
1. More than 5 years working experience in HR and at least 3 years experience in recruiting area, managerial role will be preferred;5年以上人力资源工作经验,至少3年招聘管理经验; 2.Better worked in a multinational company of manufacturing area, proficient in choosing all kinds of hiring channels, proven ability to get achievement in the recruiting area; 外企制造业工作经验尤佳,精通各种招聘渠道,以往足够和成功的招聘经验;
3. Professional and proactive, good team player, initiative thinking, desire to worked in a dynamic and agressive working enviorment .专业,具有主动性, 优秀的团队合作精神, 主动思考, 有意愿在有活力和快速成长的工作环境中工作;
4. Strong team leadership and communication abilities. 较强的团队领导能力及沟通能力.
Note: The working location is either Dezhou or Beijing.
