Job Description:
? Facilitate the management of Operational Riskwithin the function by applying the Technology Operational Risk Managementframework
? Incorporate inputs from variousinformation sources of potential risks (e.g. Riskwise, audit findings, Severity1 summary, Key Risk Indicators, Phoenix risks, Technology Refresh, LicenseAsset & Vendor Management and Key Control Self Assessment non-compliances)into the risk forum to identify potential risks
? Provide challenge and risk expertise to theformulation of mitigation plans (including timelines) to address risksidentified within the function
? Ensure that risks are communicated (includingto Technology Risk and Information Security Committee - TRISC, peer risk forumsand / or individuals) appropriately and timely to provide information foroperational, tactical and strategic decision making
? Central point of contact and escalation forall matters relating to Operational Risk within the function.

Key Responsibilities:
Risk Forums
? Schedule, prepare materials, facilitate andminute risk forum meetings. Ensure quality and timeliness of materials
? Ensure appropriate membership to the riskforums and consistent attendance and contribution of members
? Ensure that the risk forums / structureadequately supports the risk management needs of the function and establishadditional peer risk forums or sub-risk forums as required
? Ensuresubmissions to TRM are timely, complete, accurate and in the prescribed format
? Participateand provide input to the Cross Functional risk forum.
Operational Risk Framework
? Ensureall identified risks are logged into the bank's central risk register
? Participate and support initiatives from GroupOperational Risk, GTO Operational Risk and Risk & Audit
? In collaboration with GTO Operational Risk,Risk & Audit and the responsible parties within the function, coordinateand participate in:
? Annualreview of control environment (processes, Key Risk Indicators and Key Controls)within the function as required
Adhocreview (as required) and update of Key Risk Indicators and Key Control SelfAssessment (outside annual review cycle)
? Periodicalreviews and updates of the function's Risk Register
? Ensuretimely updates and tracking to closure / completion of:
? KeyControl Self Assessments and any resulting actions
? Risksrecorded as Technology Operational Risks within the Bank's risk repository(Phoenix)
? Outstandingaudit findings
? InformationSecurity tasks, i.e. Riskwise, patch management. etc.
Role & Responsibility:
? Pursue self-education to further knowledgeof risk management practices in place within the banking and the wider industry
? Promote risk awareness and education withinthe function appropriate to risk roles and responsibilities.
? Identify and recommend alternativeapproaches for better identification and assessment of risks
? Undertake risk-relatedinvestigations / assessments of Technology-related areas as required.
